OUTSIDE PLANT ENGINEERING

Maximize has an innovative and highly proficient engineering team with solid experience in outside plant engineering (OSP). The OSP services that Maximize provides include:

  • New infrastructure design

  • Cost estimates for outside plant network conduit and fiber cables

  • Public right-of-way and private sector construction permits

  • Development and installation supervision for outside plant conduit and fiber cable, including as-built drawings

  • Underground and aerial engineering designs and schematics for splicing new and existing fiber cable

  • Underground and aerial field verification of fiber network

  • AutoCAD engineering drawings

  • Make-ready engineering

  • Fiber route planning

UTILITY COORDINATION

Maximize will manage the entire utility coordination process for our customers’ telecommunication installations, ensuring that critical timelines and policy regulations are met.

The Maximize team includes seasoned telecom industry veterans that have established close relationships and long-standing credibility with contacts at various utility companies, giving Maximize a close familiarity with the processes and policies that are typically involved.

POWER AND TELCO EXTENSION DESIGN

Maximize works with many utility companies to design extensions for power and telecommunication lines. Extension design services include:

  • Electrical diagrams
  • Field meetings for feasibility analysis
  • Strand maps
  • Pole line engineering
  • Pole load calculations
  • Substructure lease agreements

RIGHT-OF-WAY

Maximize utilizes the Southern California Joint Pole Committee, wood utility poles (Joint Pole Application), and Cal-Trans encroachment processes to provide coverage in even the most difficult of locations.

Right-of-Way Services include:

  • Site feasibility studies
  • Site acquisition

G.O. 95 and G.O. 128 COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Maximize team has unbeatable right-of-way expertise, and all of our micro cell sites are designed in compliance with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and G.O. 95 and G.O. 128 state standards, achieving ultimate safety for our customers’ field technicians.
